St. George's Market

Yesterday, 2 friends and I got up at the crack of dawn and took the public bus to the spice and fruit market in the middle of downtown St. George's. It was really cool to get away from campus and explore the city, but we only had about an hour to look around because we had to go on a tour of the school's small animal hospital at 9:45am. I wish we could have stayed longer. I ended up buying 2 nice big plantains (I LOVE PLANTAINS), a small papaya, and a small bag of limes (for the papaya). There was so much more to see and do. I can't wait to go back.
